My mother is 51 y/o. her cc is her stomach. i've noticed that her stomach looks bigger than normal. upon palpating, it feels hard but no pain/tenderness. it looks like she has lumbar lordosis. what could be the reason behind hard stomach?

A lot of lay people use the word stomach instead of the abdomen. I do not know what you mean. If you truly mean stomach, usually the location with be the upper part of the abdomen, just below the breast bone and a little bit on the left. If your mom has no other symptoms such as pain, vomit, weight loss with poor appetite, nothing to concern.
