Atopic dermatitis: Atopic dermatitis (infantile eczema) is most common in babies and children. Some children with atopic dermatitis outgrow it or have milder cases as they get older. Also, a person may get atopic dermatitis as an adult. I am 70 yo and still have it. You can consult dermatologist for treatment.Harsh soaps or detergents, stress, dry cold weather worsen condition.
