Probably allergies: See your ophthalmologist or optometrist. Injected whites of your eyes may be causes by many things including glaucoma, infections, or allergies. You may try an otc for 3-4 days but these persist see you physician.

Dryness: This is most likely dryness whic may improve with the use of an over the counter lubricant drop. If the pain persists despite the use of the lubricant then consider seeing your eye doctor.
