Chances high not: blood clot, but perhaps irritated eyes! If you still have your sinusitis brewing that's not helping matters. So if your eye exam is normal, and they did a dilated exam too, you are in the clear. Your dilated blood vessels needs to be investigated if it's from contact lens overuse, dry eyes, or other causes.
