Conjunctivitis: This is most likely the symptomatic onset of viral conjunctivitis. There are no anti-virals for this and the use of antibiotics is useless. Simply keep the eye clean with moist wash cloths and be mindful that these are contagious, so wash your hands after manipulating your eyes.
