Conjunctiva heme: Subconjunctiva heme is usually benign and can be related to a valsalva maneuver, cough, sneeze, bearing down during contractions or bowel movement.

Don't worry: It sounds like subconjunctival hemorrhage, which is bleeding under the surface layer of the eye. It can look very red, but should only give a little irritation and not affect the vision. It can happen from a sneeze or cough, to people on blood thinners, and many times without any cause.
