Coiling of artery: Percutaneous transcatheter coil embolization is a safe, effective, and minimally invasive treatment for splenic artery aneurysma as evidenced by high rates of technical success and freedom from aneurysm rupture (90%). Have to find experienced interventional radiologist in this procedure.

Prob no operaton now: Splenic aneurysm of under 20 mm very unlikely to rupture, especially if not pregnant. CT, MR or ultrasound can show size. If not growing you do NOT need procedure at this time. Coil treatment can be reasonable IF treatment needed. ALL treatments have some risk. Having un-needed treatment is not right & exposes you to risk. Don't have un-needed treatment. Hope this helps
