I have a splenic artery aneurysm and its 1.5 cm and it was 1cm in nov. and i been having pain in my left side to my back. its not calcified.what to do?

Vascular surgeon: You have an enlarging aneurysm on a relatively large artery. You should see a vascular surgeon for evaluation. Bring both scans to the appointment, so they can give you the best recommendation.

Get Repair NOW: I would recommend immediate repair. ALL females of reproductive age with splenic artery aneurysms need to have them repaired. And ALL patients with symptomatic or significantly enlarging splenic artery aneurysms also need them repaired. Enlargement of 0.5 cm since Nov is a significant growth for this aneurysm. And the left sided and back pain is very concerning. See vascular surgeon ASAP.
