Not likely: A 1cm splenic artery aneurysm should not cause any symptoms. Intervention is indicated for aneurysms 2cm or greater. Your symptoms may be from rib trauma, muscle strain, etc. If the testing was negative, a ct scan or bone scan may give some answers.
