Aneurysm: That aneurysm is very small and is unlikely to cause a problem, not impossible but if it does rupture, the symptoms will be severe not just 'sick to tummy'.

Unlikely : Splenic aneurysms are most frequently asymptomatic, particularly at the small size. Check with pcp about viral/ flu or other GI issues.
