Probably not: Splenic artery aneurysm is relatively uncommon and usually causes no symptoms. It can be detected by abdominal ct scan and sometimes sonogram. See your physician about your pain.

See a surgeon now: Your pain could be from your aneurysm. It could even rupture, causing a painful death. See your surgeon now. It is impossible to tell here, and you may have a more benign cause.
