U analysis &culture: It appears you are taking antibiotics already. Bladder or prostate infections can cause frequency . Also diabetics disease and diabetic inspidus.

See a doctor: This could be neurological (either primary or secondary to a spinal problem), or urological or because of pelvic relaxation from other issues (childbirth, surgery, etc.).
