If you still: have urinary symptoms despite a course of Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) DS, you might have persistent uti with resistant bacteria. Get back to your doctor. Insomnia is probably not related to Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim).
