Does anybody know what i can take beside bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) because of bladder infection and not able to sleep with urgency?

Urine culture based: If Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) is not working, i would have a urine culture checked and see if a different antibiotic would be better.
