Workout: Eating lightly before a workout is the norm, make sure you consume complex carbs and protein. After a workout you can eat in the next hour and consume protein shake after a weight resistance workout. If you are exercising for extended periods of time you may need to supplement during cycling, running if over an hour with energy bar.Best wishes.
