Need more info: When is it numb? Which parts are numb - everything, hand fingers, some fingers but it varies, always the same fingers? Anything make the numbness disappear? Any difference between day and night?

I had an X-ray of wrist, elbow and forearm 9 days after injury and no evidence of fracture. I have tingling numbness and swelling in fingers and can move them but not bend or grasp fully without pain. Could it be a hand fracture or a sress fracture?
