Give more time.: Everything about the node's imaging suggests a benign process. I would allow more time to go by and seek a biopsy only if it clearly grows or symptoms clearly get worse.

Agree: With a tumor, the fatty hilum disappears. The lymph node may change as you are exposed to infection. This does not mean the node is infected, just reactive, as it is a part of your immune system. Viruses are a frequent cause, and antibiotics won't help. Seek follow up if if enlarges.
