Atypical: We call this atypical chest pain and is low likelihood of being cardiac. However, chest pain can be nerves, muscles, bones, skin, aorta, lungs, stomach, gallbladder, etc. See you doctor and if no identifiable cause see a pain specialist.

CT scan of chest: If cardiology work up is ok then either it is fro muscle/ skeletal or pulmonary etiology. Please follow up with your pcp.
