Normal hida/ruq ultras. gerd, reflux, upper bloat, pain & pressure. cleared by cardiology. sometimes chest pain. is it just the gerd?

Likely: we would really need to know what you mean by "cleared by cardiology." If you appropriate testing that rules out ischemia (or lack of blood flow) then I would feel confident that it's likely the GERD. However, without knowing the tests that were done I am not sure anyone can give you a confident answer.
