This 3 part question: ( i know it is hard to get it al in) now reveals that it concerns pregnancy and thrombosis of an artery. Certainly this changes things and you need to ask your obgyn for eh effects wrt pregnancy, but typically for the ulnar dependent hand it should not be an everyday issue as long as the thrombosis does not extend.
