Not likely BUT...: If the radial artery occlusion is an isolated finding, perhaps from an old injury, then there should be no risk to the pregnancy. However, if you are, or were, a very heavy cigarette smoker and especially if you are diabetic then your radial artery problem could be a symptom of a more general vascular pathology which could have a negative impact on your pregnancy.
