Not a good thing but: The dominant circulation to your hand in 90% of patients is through the ulnar artery. So unless you are one of the other 10%, there should be no major vascularissue; i would need to know what the cause for your artery occlusion was to further answer you. Patients with poor circ to the hand may experience cold intolerance, decreased strength, hand pain and soreness.
