Thoughts: Chronic means happened a while back - probably months. Radial is the outer side artery from elbow to wrist. Happens from congenital issues, trauma issues, embolism. Atrial fibrillation and clotting disorders can cause such issue. So it can be asymptomatic since there are good to great collaterals in palm.
