Decongestant: Pseudoephedrine is often helpful for postnasal drip. Antibiotics should not be necessary.

URI: Thailand has some excellent medical care, either in bangkok or chiang-mai and down the peninsula. Many of the doctors speak english well. Would consult with one of these if your illness is of sufficient severity to warrant medical care. Cannot possibly diagnose what you have long distance. Best wishes for a great trip.
