My son (11m old) had tonsillitis the weekend of the 28th nov which was sorted with antibiotics. he now has had diarrhoea for 3 days. we are giving him pectrolyte sparingly as well as a pro-biotic and rehydration. is there anything else we should do?

See below: The diarrhea was likely caused by the course of antibiotics, which causes an alteration in the balance of gut bacterial flora. This should resolve after the antibiotics are discontinued. Hydration will help.
