Fever: Hard to know what is going on. This may be an allergic reaction to amoxicillin, may be recurrence of tonsilar infection, may be that the primary organism causing the tonsillitis was not sensitive to the amoxicillin. Take her back to see the doctor. Good luck. Hope she is better quickly.
