Probably not: At 16 you are most likely done growing especially if you have been menstrating for a few years by now. Onset of menstration indicates that you are an adult with little growth potential left. Sorry.

Probably not : If you are on target for pubertal development, you don't grow any further. However, if you are still in early stage of puberty, i.e., no menstruation yet, you still have some potential to grow.
