Girls growth genetically most closely resembles that of their mom. Your Dad's genetic height influence may have helped you grow taller than her. During puberty growth is maximized. Most women reach their maximum adult height about 4 years after they start their period. Since you are now 19, you are most probably done growing, since your growth plates are fused.
