Hello um i'm 16 just turned 16 a month ago and i'm 6'1 i wondering can i still grow my dad grew till 19 and is 6'1 but my mom's dad grew till 8th grade and is 6'4 so do u think i will keep growing if so to what also what should i do to keep growing?

Diet/rest/exercise: The expected final height of males is the average of both parents plus 2.5 inches. Most males stop growing taller at 17 or so but an x-ray of your wrist/hand can detect open growth plates that indicate how much more growth is expected. Closed growth plates mean you are done.
