Probably not: Given your younger age, tumor is not impossible but less likely. Obviously this depends on how you've treated your body thus far. Many infections (which may be mildly symptomatic or asymptomatic) may leave nodules behind. (histoplasmosis, etc). Depending on size of nodules you may need follow up imaging.

Nodules are common,: Most are benign, but that needs to be proven. You may need workup or followup. Lung nodules form for many reasons, usually infections. There are also benign lung tumors, and of course, lung cancer. Also, you say nodes - were the abnormalities lymph nodes - lung nodules? Please discuss your concerns and the results with your doctor. If you have any old studies, it may be helpful to compare.
