You're fine: Each CT scan delivers radiation equivalent to being an airline pilot or flight crew member for a few months. Nobody's shown a measurable extra risk for cancer in these folks. If you need a scan, get it -- radiation is the least of your worries if you need a CT for headache. The prospect of brain disease is serious and I wish you a good outcome.
