New psychiatrist: When you start treatment with a new psychiatrist, that md will only have information that you have arranged for him/her to have, unless you are part of a system like kaiser, pamf/sutter health, etc. In which the electronic medical records will be accessible within the given system. If you have concerns, you can ask the new psychmd what records s/he will have upon your intake appointment.
