How can i switch to a new psychiatrist? can i get my medications transferred over ?

In general I would ask the Dr for recommendations as they know you and will have a better idea or who you should be seeing.

when transferring to a new psychiatrist she/he should do a new assessment and treatment will depend on the result. My answer is maybe, if the medication rational makes sense to the new psychiatrist.
