How long should i wait to eat solids again after getting adenoids removed?

No need to wait...: You can eat again right away. But having adenoids removed is something usually done in kids and not adults... Are you sure it wasn't your tonsils? If so, it may be more painful to eat solids but they should still be okay to eat whenever you want to try.
