A member asked:

How long will you have to wait to eat solid food after getting a tooth removed?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: Depends on the difficulty of the extraction. I usually tell patients to stay on soft cool foods for 48 hours. Once you get to the third day, my rule of thumb is 'if it hurts...Don't do it!'.
