Could be anything: Getting "high" usually includes a sense of euphoria and decreased inhibition. The symptoms you describe could be from abuse of almost anything or even represent an underlying medical or psychological condition. Have you talked to her about getting help? Also, not to be judgemental, but i hope you are not on all 3 of the medications on your profile at the same time. Opiates can be addictive.
