Change environment: Food does not always have to be in your environment so consider ways you can avoid being tempted. That obviously might be challenging if you work in a food service business so if that is part of this, consider seeing a psychologist about ways to manage temptations. Make social commitments and conscious choices about eating healthy food at meals and specific snacks not just unhealthy choices.
