Negative effects: Among the side effects you may experience, excessive arousal, irritability, rapid heart rate, elevation of blood pressure, headache, reduced appetite, insomnia uncommon is psychosis and hallucinations. Be very careful about any other medications or substances you may take while taking concerta.
