In order to differentiate hyperthyroidism symptoms from drug w/d sym from clonazepam and/or drug interaction side effects b/w clonazepam, prozac, (fluoxetine) and concerta, which should be ruled out 1st?

Blood work: You need to have lab work drawn to evaluate thyroid function panel. If you had hyperthyroidism you will have jitteriness along with fast heart rate and abnormal labs. Your symptoms will fluctuate in intensity and you can even experience some anxiety and paranoia psychiatric symptoms as well.

Depends: Depends on dosage and why you are taking these medications, prior history and many other factors. Would likely need to simplify medication combo. Please discuss with your prescribing doc.
