I have been diagnosed with adhd. used ritalin la 40 for many years but hate the side effects . recently started using mentat and it has been helping . will concerta be better ? is there any medication to eliminate the side effects of these stimulants

WHAT SIDE EFFECTS?: I am not sure what side effects you mean. Ritalin LA and Metadate and Concerta are all similar methylphenidate products. The longer acting ones tend to have fewer side effects and sometime to can mitigate the issue by eating first. If this does not work discuss with your doctor about the side effects and perhaps switch to something different.
