Not recommended: Both Concerta and coffee ( caffeine) are stimulants and can cause an increase in blood pressure, heart rate, and insomnia, so unless you are monitoring these closely , it is best to reduce the coffee or avoid all together.

Very high dose : In general coffee can safely be consumed while on Concerta but your dose is extremely high so I would recommend limiting coffee.
