Mixed diet: It is better to have mixed diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils, low fat milk products; curtail intake of saturate fats; no tobacco and no more than one drink a day. You may add fish and lean meats, in moderation. Exercise at least 30 minutes/day. There is no need for "sports nutrition".
