Vits and protein: Ordinarily there is no problem taking vitamins, and whey protein together. They work together.

Vitamin intake: Spread out these products. Don't take then all at once. Do not exceed 2000 IU vit D or 1000 mg vit C or 10000 IU of vit A, or 200 IU of vit E. Whey protein is excellent. Egg white is superior to all. Quinoa is excellent. Beans and lentils are excellent. Milk protein is excellent. Whole grains are good but not sufficient. Nuts are excellent. Yogurt is excellent
