Sport nutrition: There is no quick fix for muscle growth but in a nutshell when combined with appropriate exercise the following supplements do have evidence for muscle growth and recovery: whey protein, colostrum, creatine, glutamine and hydration, hydration, hydration. Avoid pre-work out supplements, pre androgens and thermogenics.

See details: Nutrition alone will not build significant muscle. You should be on a low carbohydrate, high protein diet. But you must combine this diet with strength training to build muscle.
