Anger: It sounds like your past carries some painful memories. Talking therapy is a good way to address this. First, you can work through the issues so that you can get beyond them. Second, in treatment you will learn new coping skills for situations which cause you to feel anxious, angry or frustrated. I hope you do get help for this. Take care.
