Stretching and...: The best way to minimize soreness is to stretch especially before your workout and at night before you go to bed. In addition supplements such as malic acid decrease lactate build up which can help decrease muscle soreness. However, before taking any supplements it would be wise to consult your pharmacist and doctor.
