Bleeding, infections: Splenectomy associated with more common infections (although still not considered immunocompromised) biopsy can cause bleeding and sometimes significant enough to need nephrectomy.

Splenectomy: can predispose you to future infections with encapsulated organisms and elevated platelet count that can lead to blood clots. Kidney biopsy if done by and interventional radiologist is generally very safe, if coagulation parameters are normal.
