The normal spleen size is 12 cm 14 cm is mildly enlargedAnd might be in the range of normal. Remembering any recent infections such as a virus or bacteria and cause temporary enlargement of this plane as such as mono. The kidney stones you mentioned I as long as they’re not blocking anything I have no significance.
