Maybe celiac: Typical reasons for having an enlarged spleen: - mononucleosis (a viral illness commonly called "mono" - clot in the spleen's vein - liver disease - certain types of lymphoma i don't think a kidney stone can cause an enlarged spleen. Celiac disease doesn't directly cause an enlarged spleen, but patients with celiac can have other blood diseases which are associated with an enlarged spleen.

True True Unrelated: Kidney stones are not causative of enlarged spleen. It would be best if you had blood work to look for the common causes for such a problem, especially if the liver is enlarged as well.
