One is certainly : Better than having all 4 out at same time (which is what is normally done to limit procedures and recoveries). Mostly will depend on whether it is fully bony impacted, partial bony impacted or erupted. Deeper impaction makes for more soreness, lower wisdom teeth are usually more sore afterwards than upper ones. Analgesics, ice, following instructions will help usher an uneventful recovery.

It all depends : On the extent of the surgery / degree of impaction / angulation ... For the most part, IV all goes well, most people are up and about that evening or the following day without much discomfort. Your dentist can best evaluate your case. Hope this helps.
